After serving 30 years in the Emergency Services, I retrained as a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist.
Having experienced lower back pain myself, I understand how pain and muscle tension can affect everyday life. My aim is simple — to provide professional, personalised massage to help you move more comfortably, recover and get back to doing what you enjoy.
I also hold a qualification in Oncology Massage and Cancer Care, enabling me to provide safe, supportive treatment for people during and after cancer treatment.
